This great little rental home was in need of some updates. The owners wanted simple, clean and bright finishes with a reasonable budget and good value for their investment. The goal was to keep the cabinets and fixtures that still had a lot of life left in them and replace the “fully loved” parts of the home. The result was exactly that, a charming, bright and very livable home.
