Laurie received her Master’s Degree in Business from Brenau University and began her professional career in construction and design over 12 years ago, working primarily in remodeling. During that time, she has worked independently and alongside talented tradespeople and builders in software, site work, and construction management. Working with Mike and their talented pool of trade professionals, she finds joy in building spaces that focus on both form and function. In her spare time, she is often hiking, biking, or playing with her two dogs, Hudson and Oz.

Mike received his B.S. in Construction Technology from Appalachian State University with a minor in Business Management. He is a licensed general contractor and licensed home inspector. As a third-generation builder, Mike grew up learning tried and true construction methods and has used this knowledge to combine those traditional skills with new building techniques and modern materials. He brings more than 25 years of construction knowledge to Plumb Level Square’s homeowners and commercial clients. In his spare time, he enjoys his young son, and hunting, fishing, backpacking, and gardening – really just anything outside.
